- Biometric data: Face ID or Touch ID authentication data, processed entirely on your device by Apple's or Android's secure enclave. We never receive or store your biometric data.
- Property photos: images captured via camera or uploaded from your device gallery during site visits, including associated metadata (timestamp, location).
- Call and communication logs: records of calls, emails, and messages logged through the App for lead and customer management.
- Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, and crash/error reports for performance monitoring.

6. Mobile Application Data Practices
This section applies specifically to users of the Extreme Roofing Field mobile application. The App is intended for authorized Extreme Roofing Inc. employees and contractors only.
Location Data
The App collects precise GPS location data to support field sales operations. Location tracking is active during business hours (6:00 AM to 10:00 PM local time) and is used for:
- Automatic detection of arrival at customer appointment sites.
- Coordination of field team logistics by authorized managers.
- Navigation to appointment locations.
Important details about location data:
- Only your most recent location is stored; historical location trails are not retained.
- Location data is accessible only to authorized managers within your organization.
- You may disable location tracking at any time through the App's Settings or your device's system settings. Disabling location tracking may limit certain features such as arrival detection.
- Location tracking operates in the background only during the defined business hours window.
Push Notifications
The App sends push notifications for appointment reminders, new lead assignments, proposal activity alerts, and team communications. Notification tokens are:
- Registered with Apple Push Notification Service (APNs) or Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
- Stored securely in our database and associated with your user account.
- Deactivated upon sign-out or account deactivation.
- You may disable push notifications at any time through the App's Settings or your device's notification settings.
Offline Data Storage
The App stores data locally on your device to enable offline functionality. This includes lead updates, call logs, and pipeline changes made without an internet connection. Locally stored data is automatically synchronized with our servers when connectivity is restored. Local data is encrypted using your device's secure storage mechanisms.
Biometric Authentication
The App supports Face ID (iOS) and fingerprint authentication (Android) for secure login. Biometric data is processed entirely by your device's operating system within its secure enclave. We never receive, transmit, or store your biometric data. We only receive a success or failure confirmation from the device.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our Website and delivering our services (as listed in Section 4).

Upon termination of your relationship, your App data will be deactivated and deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
