Eligibility

• Applies to new roof installations only (not repairs, maintenance, coatings, or partial work).

• Project value is determined by the final written contract amount before discount.

Restrictions

Expiration

4. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Extreme Roofing Inc. are non-binding approximations based on an initial assessment of the property and scope of work. Final pricing will be detailed in a written contract that must be signed by both parties before work begins. Factors that may affect the final price include, but are not limited to: material costs, permit requirements, unforeseen structural issues, code compliance upgrades, and changes in scope requested by the customer.

5. Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are estimated and may be subject to change due to weather conditions, permit delays, material availability, or other factors beyond our control. Extreme Roofing Inc. will make reasonable efforts to communicate any schedule changes promptly. Cancellation terms, if applicable, will be outlined in the signed contract.

6. Warranties and Limitations

Extreme Roofing Inc. provides a workmanship warranty on all installations as specified in the written contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. Warranty exclusions may include, but are not limited to: damage caused by acts of God, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or failure to follow recommended maintenance schedules. Warranty details and durations will be specified in the signed contract.

Extreme Roofing Inc. is a State Certified Roofing Contractor, License #CCC1326021, issued by the State of Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
