The Challenge
The Pike Student Housing complex needed a complete re-roof while students were in residence. The existing tile system had sustained years of weather damage and several active leaks were compromising interior spaces. The project required phased execution to minimize disruption to residents and meet strict university deadlines before the fall semester.
Our Solution
Extreme Roofing designed a three-phase approach that kept at least two-thirds of the building fully protected at all times. We installed a new modified bitumen underlayment system beneath premium concrete tiles, upgraded all flashing and drainage systems, and completed the project two days ahead of schedule. Our crew worked around resident schedules with designated quiet hours and clean job site protocols.
The Result
The project was completed ahead of schedule with zero resident complaints. The new roof system carries a GAF manufacturer warranty and eliminated all previous leak issues. The property management company has since contracted Extreme Roofing for two additional properties.
